Winters Instruments has announced a new distribution agreement with Fastenal that will offer Winters pressure gauges, thermometers and instrument accessories to Fastenal customers in the U.S. and Canada. Fastenal is a distributor with product and service at more than 2,500 local Fastenal stores.

Eaton Corp. announced net income per share of $0.83 for the first quarter of 2011, an increase of 80% over the first quarter of 2010. Sales in the quarter were $3.8 billion, 23% above the same period in 2010. Net income was $287 million, up 85% over the first quarter of 2010.
