Berkshire Hathaway and The Lubrizol Corp. announced a definitive agreement for Berkshire Hathaway to acquire 100% of outstanding Lubrizol shares for $135 per share in an all-cash transaction.
Eaton Corp. announced it has agreed to acquire Internormen Technology Group, a leader in hydraulic filtration and instrumentation. The deal is subject to customary closing conditions and terms were not disclosed.

The Center for Compact and Efficient Fluid Power, now in it’s 5th year, has been a nice success story for the fluid power industry. Funded in part by the National Science Foundation, the Center has among its goals the research and development of efficient components, compact power supplies, and compact energy storage.
