The NFPA Education and Technology Foundation acknowledges three companies that have reached its “Legacy Builder” giving level: Bimba Manufacturing Company (Monee, IL), Caterpillar Inc. (Joliet, IL) and Parker Hannifin Corp. (Cleveland, OH). By reaching the Legacy Builder level—$25,000 in cumulative donations to the Foundation—they can use the “Legacy Builder” logo on their company letterhead and web sites. They will also be recognized in March at the 2013 NFPA Annual Conference with a special plaque commemorating their achievements.
NFPA encourages everyone in the fluid power industry to reach Legacy Builder status in the Foundation. Such gifts help build a sustainable funding stream for critical fluid power research, education and recruitment programs. They can also provide an ideal mechanism for honoring the contributions of company employees.
