Price Engineering Company, a provider of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, components and service, announced that it has acquired the assets of Fox Valley Fluid Power (FVFP), a local hydraulic repair and service company based in Kaukauna, WI.
“The acquisition enables Price to continue to expand our footprint in the Fox Valley area.” says Tom Price, president of Price Engineering. “Fox Valley Fluid Power strengthens our technical capabilities in hydraulic repair and service, as well as adds support to our Appleton Hose Center which opened in 2015.”
Owner Craig Prosser will work as part of the Appleton Price team and will continue to provide the service and knowledge local customers have come to expect.
FVFP’s Craig Prosser states, “Becoming a part of Price Engineering is a great fit for us. Our current customers will appreciate the added support, services and programs that are available as part of the Price Engineering family.”
