Webtec announces a new range of hydraulic testers, hydraulic control valves and positive displacement flow meters to be launched at Hannover Messe 2015.
NEW TESTER SERIES
The DHM series of portable hydraulic testers will help service engineers create and send a certified certificate of up to 12 data sets of pressure, flow and temperature for the hydraulic system they are working on, directly from their mobile device, while still working in-the-field. Being able to provide immediate validation for a repair will save time on administration, close the job quicker, increase the level of service and project a more professional image of their business.
NEW ZERO-LEAK VALVE SERIES
The 280 series of near zero-leak hydraulic directional control valves is manufactured from 316 grade stainless steel and is designed to operate in the harshest of environments. With a dedicated assembly cell and manufactured under ISO9001 quality procedures the 280 valve can be supplied with optional ATEX zone 2 certification and full 3.1 material traceability.
NEW GEAR FLOW METER SERIES
For those requiring accurate measurement of hydraulic and lubrication flows across a wide range of temperatures and viscosities, Webtec is also launching a range of aluminium gear flow meters. Available in a range of flow sizes these are ideal for test stand and field applications where customers are looking for high accuracy, almost regardless of fluid viscosity, and ease of connectivity with existing readouts.
