NFPA-LogoParticle counting properly done is a tool for managing maintenance costs and ensuring reliable operation of machinery that uses hydraulics. Particle counting done incorrectly can lead to unnecessary service or impending failure that is not detected in time. This webinar will focus on ISO 11500, Hydraulic fluid power – Determination of particulate contamination level of a liquid sample by automatic particle counting using the light-extinction principle. Use of ISO 11500 enables sound, data-based contamination control and service decisions, reducing operating costs and improving reliability.
