Kocsis Technologies, Inc. (KTI) has developed a piston accumulator design to address the issues of offshore accumulator service. This patent pending design, LockboxTM, reduces disassembly times of piston accumulators from weeks to minutes.
A prototype has been manufactured and tested. The results have proven that the unit not only works as intended but it can be assembled, tested and disassembled multiple times without issue.
