Among featured products from Hengli America at Conexpo/IFPE is the HP3G axial-piston pump. The variable axial-piston pump has a swashplate design for closed-circuit hydrostatic drives. It has a displacement of 46 cc/rev, rated operating pressure of 345 bar (5,000 psi) and rated maximum speed of 4100 rpm.

Flow generated is proportional to the drive speed and displacement. Flow increases as the angle of the swashplate is adjusted from zero to its maximum value. Flow direction changes smoothly when the swashplate is moved through the neutral position.

Two pressure-relief valves are provided on the high pressure ports to protect the hydrostatic transmission (pump and motor) from overload. An integrated charge pump can provide system replenishing and cooling fluid flow.

According to company officials, the HP3G’s compact structure results in high power density, and the design enables high reliability over a long working lifetime. The pumps is being applied in aerial work platform and other construction machinery applications.
