HydraForce Hydraulic Systems (Changzhou) Co. Ltd. has achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification for manufacturing hydraulic manifold systems, making it the third HydraForce facility to be ISO 9001-certified. HydraForce plants in Lincolnshire, Illinois, U.S.A. and Birmingham, England, U.K. are already ISO-9001-certified.
The Changzhou plant, located about 120 miles west of Shanghai, opened for business in June 2011 and serves as the Asian Pacific headquarters for HydraForce. It produces hydraulic manifolds with cartridge valves that are sold to original equipment manufacturers in the agricultural, construction and material-handling industries of China, Korea, and Japan.
HydraForce supports its operation in China with a Chinese-language web site, catalog, and i-Design hydraulic system design software that lets the user to design hydraulic circuits and schematics in the Chinese language and auto-translate into English, or design in English and translate into Chinese. Circuits can then be exported to Famic Technologies Inc. Automation StudioTM software for simulation and prototyping.
