ERIE, PA – Innovative Pressure Technologies (IPT) introduces High Pressure Needle Valves. These valves feature a non-rotating stem to prevent galling and scoring, and are engineered to deliver reliable operation at working pressures up to 60,000 psi in temperatures ranging from -100° to 450°F (-73° to 232°C). They feature a Vee or Regulating tip stem and six body styles to accommodate a wide variety of applications. Typical applications include general plant service, instrument isolation, hydraulics, pneumatics, pressure measurement devices and venting, among others.

High pressure needle valves feature a gland locking device prevents loosening of the packing gland to minimize leakage potential. They have integral through holes for bracket mounting as standard, with a panel mounting option also available. The end connection is female H/P Cone and Thread. Typical materials of construction are a 316 Stainless Steel body and trim with 17-4 PH stem and glass-filled Teflon packing, with other materials available upon request.
