Muncie’s directional control valves are constructed with high-grade iron castings and nickel-plated spools for use in high-pressure applications and can be configured with many different spool, control and positioner options. The valves can be configured with a full array of spool, control, and positioner options. The V080 is designed for flow capacities of up to 30 gpm while the larger V130 series can handle capacities up to 60 gpm. The V080 can be configured with custom options and controls.
Both valves feature an internal oil core design, which allows for higher flow rates and low-pressure drops, the ability to combine valve families with custom midsections and standard inlet relief valves. The V080 has a nominal flow capacity of 21 gpm (80 lpm) and a maximum of 30 gpm (114 lpm), while the V130 offers 34 gpm (130 lpm) with a maximum of 55 gpm (208 lpm).
