Texas Hydraulics, Inc., a leader in the design, engineering and manufacturing of hydraulic cylinders, has been providing custom-engineered hydraulic components to leading original equipment manufacturers since 1968.
Valve Integrated Hydraulic Cylinders
The valve integration option eliminates hoses and tubing from the manifold block, and reduces the use and cost of additional purchased parts and prevents contamination during machine assembly. Additionally, the cylinders offer sequence control, a load locking system and regenerative circuits among many other options.
Position Sensing Hydraulic Cylinders
Designed to meet the construction industries demands of extreme pressure, temperature, vibration, shock and contamination, position-sensing technology is ideal for applications that require a high level of accuracy and reliability. Position sensor equipped cylinders feature high performance contact-less sensing with an analog voltage output proportional to the cylinder stroke.
High Corrosion Resistant Rod Plating
Developed in partnership with Precise Hard Chrome – At 750 salt-spray hours; ArmorRod has significantly higher corrosion-resistance than standard or heavy chrome and a superior value to chrome-over-nickel in many applications.
Electronic Advanced Sub-system-Integrated (EAS-I) Actuator
The (EAS-I) is a self-contained system and can provide closed-loop feedback on pressure, temperature, position and much more to the on-board controller and can be customized to your system. The controller can be linked to the various data transfer lines in the main control system, like J1939 and CANbus. The actuator offers and input system, which feeds into the controller with secondary input capability. Additionally, it comes with a hydraulic integrated circuit (HIC) valve manifold using load holding, flow, pressure, proportional and directional control cartridge valves.
