Enerpac has launched a newly improved website, focused on reaching and better serving Enerpac’s channel partners, end customers, vendors and stakeholders.
“We are building for the future and our website is an important tool that supports digital marketing and e-commerce efforts,” said Jon Sujecki, Global Digital Marketing Manager at Enerpac. “This will provide us a scalable, flexible platform.”
The new website has a page for every catalog product SKU for its high-pressure hydraulic technologies, totaling 5,000 product pages in eight languages. The individual SKU pages contain all of the product specs and image references and are now stored in a database. “This provides the ability for the information to be exported from the website, which in return better supports our channel partners who use e-commerce,” said Sujecki.
Some additional features of the website include a responsive/mobile-friendly design, improved search and navigation filters, new product categories and distributor search. Type-ahead search will display potential product matches when the visitors begin to type a model number. The navigation filters will list multiple products based on common attributes and include the new product accessories and tool set categories.
“This is the first phase of our plan to continue to make enhancements to improve our customer experience,” said Sujecki.
