Domin, Bristol, UK, announced that Norman Fraser, co-founder of the disruptive enterprise hardware business, SoftIron, has been appointed as Chairman of the Board.
“I am delighted to be joining Domin at such an exciting moment in its development,” said Fraser. “Domin’s fluid power technology is truly revolutionary, with the potential to help businesses save money and improve products, while also reducing energy and emissions. No wonder it’s being recognized and adopted by a growing number of world-class customers.”

Another of his co-founded ventures, the IT services business, Endava, had a successful unicorn IPO on the New York Stock Exchange, and is recognised as a global leader in digital transformation.
Fraser holds MA, MSc and PhD degrees, and is Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at Aalborg University Business School, Denmark.
Marcus Pont, CEO at Domin added, “Norman’s long history of leadership makes him an ideal person for this role. I look forward to working closely with him to ensure Domin makes a positive impact for all stakeholders, including our customers, our people, and the world. His track record in the successful emergence of multi-billion-dollar companies is going to help propel Domin forward as we deliver the full potential of our innovative technology.”
