DGD Fluid Power has released the next-generation of CFT flow meters. The advances are in the electronics and will give greatly improved response times, said Dale Dietel, President/CEO.

DGD Fluid Power CFT flow transmitter

Included are features that raise the operating temperature to approximately 250° F and the on-board option for field adjustability include outputs of either 0.5-4.5 V or 1-10 V. There are also eight distinct flow ranges to choose from: 0-10 gpm through 0-125 gpm.

This new version (CFT-10) may be well suited for potential case drain applications due to better resolution at low flows and the increased operating temperatures.

Additionally, Dietel said a rotary selector switch with 16 distinct set points to choose from is available with this new generation.

The cavity fit is continuing to be Sun’s T-18A.
