Speaker submissions for the Off-Highway Evolution Conference at iVT Expo USA have been extended to this Friday, April 17. This is a final extension and the last opportunity to submit proposals.

Taking place August 19 and 20 alongside iVT Expo USA, the conference brings together a highly targeted audience of OEM engineers, senior decision-makers, Tier-1 suppliers and technology leaders working across construction, agriculture, mining and material handling.
For 2026, the program will focus on three key areas:
- Electrification and Alternate Fuels
- Autonomy and Digitization
- In-Cab Ergonomics, HMI, Design and UX
There is also the option to submit under the NFPA Advanced Hydraulics Track, covering electrohydraulics, efficiency, electrification integration and smart fluid power systems. For the NFPA conference, special consideration will be given to proposals that address:
- Advanced electrohydraulic systems and controls
- Hydraulic efficiency and energy management
- Hydraulics for automated and/or AI-driven machines
- Integration of hydraulics with electrified powertrains
- Digital hydraulics and smart fluid power systems
- New architectures for high-performance mobile machinery
Conference organizers are particularly looking for OEM-led or OEM-supported case studies, practical insights and forward-looking content that has not been presented elsewhere. Those working on technologies or real-world deployments shaping the next generation of industrial vehicles are encouraged to submit by Friday April 17.
If you would like to discuss a topic ahead of submission, email apoorv.kumar@ukimediaevents.com.
