Typical molded components include bumpers, dampeners, dust covers and plugs ranging in size and configuration from a few ounces up to 42-lb each. These rubber components are used in backhoe and excavator attachments such as buckets, tiltrotators, ram hammers, grapples, plate compactors, and augers.
The high performance molded components are designed to enhance efficient function and extend operating life. Available in low to medium quantities, these components are molded of Neoprene (Polychloroprene) in a full range of sizes to fit an OEM’s complete excavator and backhoe product line. Using Minnesota Rubber and Plastics exclusive Neoprene molding processes, components maintain flexibility and durability over a wide temperature range in rugged outdoor conditions.
