Clean seal system works with multiple hose assemblies

December 17, 2010 By Paul Heney

Ultra Clean Technologies Corp.’s Clean Seal System uses heat shrink technology to encapsulate the end of a hose or tube assembly, eliminating possible re-contamination that may be encountered with traditional capping and plugging methods.

Clean Seal Capsules come in 10 sizes and fit on all hose and tube assemblies. To remove the Clean Seal Capsule, the user simply grips the black pull tab, rips it upwards and slips the Capsule off the assembly. The Capsules leave no particles or sticky residue behind. They are shipped pre-stacked, to ensure cleanliness on the inside.

The UC-CSS-230V Clean Seal System enables sealing of multiple hose or tube assemblies at one time, and accepts Capsules from 3/4-in. I.D. through 3-in. I.D.

See the video on the system here.
