Bosch Rexroth and its subsidiary HydraForce will showcase customized compact hydraulic solutions for OEM customers in the construction industry at bauma 2025 in Munich, Germany, April 7-13, Hall A3 – booth 327. The stand will include live demonstrations of compact hydraulics products from the industry’s broadest line of hydraulic control solutions.
“Our collaborative participation at bauma 2025 highlights the powerful synergy achieved by aligning Bosch Rexroth’s and HydraForce’s engineering strengths with an expansive global distribution network,” said Luca Roffi, Global Vice President Sales, Bosch Rexroth Compact Hydraulics. “Together, we are committed to enhancing operational efficiency for our customers worldwide and advancing market reach. Through continuous process optimizations and technological advancements, we not only meet the demands of today’s market but also want to open new efficient possibilities for motion control.”
The stand will showcase the latest Bosch Rexroth and HydraForce innovations, including:
- Load holding valves — Engineered for maximum reliability in mobile machines like mini-excavators and loaders, these compact, energy-efficient valves optimize load management, reduce wear and enhance operational stability. These precision-engineered components are suitable for construction and agricultural machinery as well as material handling.
- H-Valve and E-Valve range — Designed for 3-to-50-ton excavators, the H-valve improves fuel efficiency by minimizing pressure drops. The E-valve range introduces electronic control for precise movements, reducing cycle times. Featuring an innovative “ghost mode,” the E-valve range also optimizes energy consumption.
- EHBL digital boom control valve and HF-Impulse 2.0 — HydraForce’s EHBL valve is an electro-proportional relief solution that offers high flow capacity (up to 454 lpm) and reduced energy consumption, enhancing productivity. Paired with HF-Impulse 2.0, a user-friendly software tool, machine manufacturers can easily program controllers to streamline development and maintenance.
- EDG-OBE piloted compact directional valves — Bosch Rexroth’s modular EDG-OBE compact directional valves, complete with integrated electronics, provide high precision and reliability for applications like aerial platforms, forklifts and agricultural cranes, where safety and control are paramount.
- Oil condition sensor in partnership with Tan Delta Systems — The innovative sensor from HydraForce enables real-time oil quality monitoring, ensuring proactive maintenance and helps to reduce costly failures. Manufacturers of construction, agricultural and mining machinery benefit from the optimized use of resources and the reduction of waste.
“With a shared commitment to engineering excellence, Bosch Rexroth and HydraForce present an integrated range of hydraulic solutions based on advanced manufacturing capabilities and deep industry expertise,” added Roffi.
