Bailey International LLC released a mobile ecommerce website to better serve the emerging mobile user market.
Chief Executive Officer, Kevin Bailey, reports mobile users now exceed 14% of our monthly web traffic, many of whom are new visitors. This trend is expected to continue and we are committed to supporting this important part of our customers’ ecommerce experience.
Bailey developed this new mobile ecommerce platform to be best-in-class in the hydraulic solutions industry. Bailey’s Web Media Manager, Daniel Stoltz, explains that the mobile site will provide customers with an experience that is visually pleasing as well as inherently easy to use when searching for products and information. The site’s goal is to streamline the burdensome navigation you might find on other mobile sites.
Bailey’s mobile site will support all IOS and Android devices. Unique features of the site include: a dynamic product slider for quick scrolling through multiple products, a “click to call” button for technical support, a digital version of the Bailey Catalog, and fully optimized mobile checkout.
Director of Sales, Steve Warnock, highlights having a mobile website can help solve web access concerns for many of our customers that do not work in an office environment. For example, if a hydraulic repairman needs to repair or replace a cylinder on a front-end loader, they can now use the Bailey mobile website to purchase the parts needed and access technical support – while remaining in the field.
