Aggressive Hydraulics is proud to announce the opening of their new facility in Cedar, MN. Previously operating out of three buildings in Blaine, MN, the manufacturer of purpose-built hydraulic cylinders consolidated its operations under one roof to better serve its expanding customer base and to meet the growing demand for their engineering and manufacturing skills.

Aggressive Hydraulics is proud to announce the opening of their new facility in Cedar, MN

We’ve only been in our new location a short time and it’s already opening doors for us, said CEO Paul Johnson. Customers couldn’t always see the whole picture of what we’re about when we were spread out among three buildings, but now they totally get it.” The company prides itself on manufacturing products that other cylinder companies shy away from, due to size, short lead time or small quantity. The company is also known for getting it right the first time, thanks to their hands-on experience with a wide range of industries and applications. “In a world where everybody claims to be service-oriented, we’ve made it our mantra and calling card, Johnson continued. Our new facility is serving to reinforce our reputation and commitment for putting the customer first.

The company, which engineers, manufactures and repairs all their cylinders and components in the USA to exacting quality and reliability standards, is benefiting from the growing trend to buy American made products. Customers want to know who’s making their products, said Johnson. “They want to know where the materials are coming from. It’s not just patriotism. It’s sound business knowing you can rely on the products you put to work out in the field. It not only minimizes downtime, it also increases worker safety.

The new, state-of-the-art facility was built from the ground up and designed to provide a seamless integration of manufacturing and customer service functions. In addition to increases in efficiency and capacity, it gains capability pursuant to larger bore and longer stroke products and services.

To meet those specialized customer needs, the company has steadily grown its staff of highly skilled engineers and craftsmen. New cylinder applications, redesigns of existing cylinders, and one-piece to full scale production are all possibilities at Aggressive Hydraulics.
